Cell phones will be off and out of sight for the ENTIRE session
Attire is business casual-- khakis, slacks, collared shirts, skirts, and dresses are most appropriate. (No leggings, jeans, shorts, or t-shirts please.)
Unless the professional tells you otherwise, please address him/her by their professional title. For example, Dr. Smith, etc.
When you ask questions, introduce yourself, speak slowly and loud enough to be heard, be polite, and thank them once they have answered your question.
